GLOBAL INFINITY TRADE LIMITED, trading as FTViet.co, is the controller of personal data collected through FTViet.co for booking and customer-service purposes. We may collect the booking contact name, email address and telephone number; passenger names and other details needed for the selected airport service; airport, flight number, airline, arrival or departure details, service date and time; booking reference, service choices, passenger count, price and currency; payment status and transaction identifiers; communications, complaints and refund information; and technical information such as IP address, device, browser, security events, cookies and access logs.

Payments are processed by Airwallex and its payment partners. Card and wallet details are entered into payment interfaces provided by Airwallex. We do not receive or store the full card number or card security code. We receive payment status, amount, currency, transaction reference and limited payment information needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, refunds and disputes.

We use personal data to review and confirm bookings; arrange and deliver airport assistance; identify passengers and bookings; communicate meeting instructions and service updates; process payments, refunds and disputes; provide support and handle complaints; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security and service records; comply with accounting, legal, sanctions and regulatory obligations; and improve website reliability and customer experience.

Fields marked as required are necessary to assess, confirm or deliver the booking. If required information is not provided or is inaccurate, we may be unable to confirm or provide the service. Optional information is identified as such.

We may disclose relevant data to contracted airport and meet-and-assist providers in Vietnam; Airwallex, card networks, banks and payment-method providers; hosting, communications, security and IT service providers; professional advisers, insurers and auditors; and courts, regulators, law-enforcement or other authorities where required. Each recipient receives only information reasonably needed for its role.

Because the seller is in Hong Kong, the service is delivered in Vietnam, and payment and technology providers may operate internationally, personal data may be processed outside the country where it was collected. We use contractual, organisational and technical measures appropriate to the data and applicable law.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Booking, payment, refund, dispute and accounting records are normally retained for up to 7 years after the transaction, or longer where law or an active claim requires. Security logs and support records may be kept for shorter periods unless needed for fraud prevention, a dispute or legal compliance.

We use access controls, encrypted transmission, logging, backups and supplier controls designed to protect personal data from accidental or unauthorised access, use, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send us full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or one-time codes.

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technology to operate the booking flow, maintain security and complete payments. Airwallex may use payment and device-recognition technology to process payments and prevent fraud. Where optional analytics or advertising cookies are used, they will be disabled until the user makes the required choice. The cookie notice will identify the categories, purposes, providers, duration and consequences of refusing optional cookies.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data and may ask questions about its use. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law, for fraud prevention or for legal claims. Send requests to support@ftviet.co with the subject Privacy request.

The person making a booking must be authorised to provide the data of all passengers and must make this policy available to them. A person under 18 may be included as a passenger only through a booking made by an adult responsible for that passenger.

We do not use booking data for direct marketing without the notice and consent required by applicable law. Service confirmations and operational messages are not marketing.
